If you have any problems with rusty water, please call Public Services at (978) 536-0600 as there may be a problem in the area that they are working on, or need to be notified immediately.

If you have soiled laundry due to the rusty water, bottles of solution are available at the Water and Sewer Billing Department in City Hall for your use at no cost.
