Mayor Michael Bonfanti
Greetings!
As Mayor of the City of Peabody, it is with great pleasure that I extend greetings to you. We consider it a privilege to provide an exciting and cultural environment for both your business and personal pleasure.
Peabody has evolved into a diverse, vibrant community, a wonderful place to live and raise a family. Our City is a tremendous economic success story. It is a city that has preserved the best of its past, yet managed to transcend that past with a clear vision for the future. The City owned apple orchard, Brooksby Farm, provides year-round enjoyment with autumn apple picking, winter cross-country skiing and summer strawberries. Twenty parks, a downtown common, the George Peabody House Civic Center, and numerous playgrounds are scattered throughout the City. The North Shore Mall is centrally located with easy access to Routes 114, 128, and 95. In addition, Peabody has a newly designed 18-hole golf course, "The Meadow at Peabody".
I am proud to be the Mayor of this fine City, which is endowed with many natural assets and is resplendent with caring citizens who have come together to make Peabody a more beautiful and inviting place in which to live and work.
Best wishes,

MBTA
